Similes and Metaphors

 

Simile As sparkly as crystal clear diamonds shining in the night sky.

Simile As shiny like a dragon's fire breath with a tint of rainbow.

Metaphor A gun fire shooting into the dark night sky.

Metaphor It booms into the night leaving little trails of sparks.

Me and one of my best friend made this similes and metaphors so what we did is we had to pick a picture or a item and then write some similes and metaphors then we  went around the room trying to figure out what peoples items was.

Today for writing we did a thing called ''When I headed to school''it is basically a poem full of similes but we are making up what we say here is mine!

The day the crayons quit

This week we made a thing witch is a book called the day the crayons quit and we write a letter to  anyone acting as a crayon when they are ready to Finnish there jobs.

MY DLO

Here is my DLO (digital learning objects)We were using alliteration  to show what our animal does this is  why mine is O is for pigs. We used google drawings to make it we also used word art witch i used for my heading.
