Dear Mr D.Trump,
I heard that you don't believe in Global Warming, is that true? I am a Year 7 student at Belfast School named Isabella. I am writing to persuade you to help us with Global Warming. At the moment there are places like Antarctica that are melting because we are putting greenhouse gases into the atmosphere by driving petrol cars that's caused Antarctica to melt. Since Antarctica is melting, the sea levels are rising.
The difference between weather and Climate Change is that weather is what the temperature is like in a day . Climate Change tells us what the weather is going to be tomorrow, next week or in the future.
Global Warming is something that makes the heat rise in the temperature that is causing the ice to melt. With the ice melting means that all animals like polar bears and penguins' homes are getting ruined.
That means we are losing a lot more animals than we have right now.
Also with the heat rising means that animals are dying because there are animals like huskies that don't like the heat and can possibly die in the heat.
A way you can help to defeat Global Warming is using electric cars. Or you can do some gardening whether you plant trees or vegetables.
A person actually can't see Global Warming even though it's all around them. So i’m guessing that's one way, why you don't believe in it but I 100% promise you it's real.
In the past 100 years humans have been increasing greenhouse gasses by using fossil fuels, petrol cars, factories and more.
Global Warming is a serious problem that is happening all over the world so we all need to come together and try and defeat it. I really hope you can be one of those people.
Okay enough with me talking, it's your turn to tell me if you believe in Global Warming or not.
